"Charged my card on false claims"

Charged my card 318 for so called party policy when I had three kids which was on my reservation and I had a happy birthday balloon already in the trash. The supervisor lied and said I was charged for a party policy then she said they charged me for deep clean which is false. They haven't sent no proof of to deep clean the room. Very unprofessional on how they handled things they basically charged me 310 for a balloon and called it a party. House keeping had a easy job I cleaned the room for them. I will never ever book there again.
