Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year. Pool is not operational as it is under maintenance. PLEASE BE ADVISED BEFORE YOU BOOK: THE PROPERTY IS OPEN AND CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR A FULL RENOVATION . CONSTRUCTION AREAS WILL BE TAPED OFF AND NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC SO PLEASE STAY OUT OF THESE AREAS. CONSTRUCTION WORK HOURS WILL BE FROM 8AM-5PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The motel is being upgraded. The room interior is very modern and unique. It has a fridge and microwave and a new TV, comfortable bed, lighting, shades etc. It would have been nice to have reading lights for the bed but everything else is exceptional. Great location a mile off of highway 395. Very convenient.

Extremely good value for money. The suite was recently renovated. Everything inside the room was new. The bathroom was large and clean. The shower was excellent. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. We were on the ground floor and the window looked out the back over a grass area. It felt very private and very quiet. We had a good night's sleep.

Cleanliness was not perfect. The blankets needed washing and had some food or other substances on them. We took them to the front desk and the girl apologized and replaced them immediately. She was very attentive and polite and we liked the way she handled the issue. We would definitely recommend this motel and we would return. The building exterior has yet to be renovated but that didn't bother us at all.
