Crystal Tower Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

The check in was a little confusing, it was unclear what building to go to. After driving around and asking different rental places for 30min we finally found it. The name of the company that now checks in resort quest guests is called KAISER which is on hwy59. The rooms were amazing! Great pools and beaches to lay out on! Very updated granite and new cabinets. We stayed in 701. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

The room was very clean and very conveniently located near the beach. It was beautiful view. Our room was not equipped with wireless internet as advertised. During the second day there, a water line broke and they needed to fix it. We were told the water would only be off for an hour in the morning. The water was turned off later than we were informed and stayed off for about six hours. While this was probably an isolated incident, we were very displeased with how management handled the incident. Information was not made available to us regarding the status of the water. When checking out, we voiced our concerns and displeasure at having to pay the full rate when the room did not meet the description and at not having water for a large portion of the day. We were given two $50 promotional vouchers that came with MANY conditions and catches. Basically, we would only be able to use one voucher on a return trip lasting a minimum of 3 days or both vouchers on a 5 day trip. In other words, we would have to spend hundreds of dollars more in order to be compensated for the inconveniences of the first trip. If this is what they call customer service, I would rather not return to this location or any other managed by this company. Additionally, I would not recommend properties owned by this company, as I would not want to subject anyone to the same inconveniences or disrespect.

The location of the actual condo is across the street but do not let that fool you, it is still 'on the beach' and has great beach views. It is the only property with an enclosed walkway over the street and very secure. No coffee pot. Laundry and dish soap only in sample size. No coffee joints within walking that we could find, so bring instant and to-go mugs if you love your morning coffee and walk on the beach. Would stay there again though, it was very nice and very relaxing. Great for families, especially teens as it was a split unit.

Very upset about the fact I felt like I got a Good deal purchasing room through Expedia,but when checking out I got handed a cleaning bill for $110. I thought all fees were included in expedias price.

Could not have been happier! The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The views from the beach side and bay side are beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Towers. I would have rated it a 5 had it not been for 3 things: the elevators and the master bathtub and pull out "queen mattress". For the last 2 days of our stay there was only one elevator working for a 20 floor, pretty much full condo. Needless to say, waits for the elevator were very long and the elevators were too full! Also, there was a short power outage and took all elevators out temporarily, thus walking down 18 flights of stairs with a 35+ lb toddler was not ideal. My only other complaint was that the master bath tub did not drain well. This is a pet peeve of mine and may not bother others. The pull out sofa bed was not queen size as advertised and the mattress was very flimsy and poor quality.The unit was clean and stylishly decorated. The unit also came well equipped with plenty of linens, cookware and such. The pools were fabulous and very easy access to the beach. With 3+ pools to choose from, we were never crowded which is saying alot for a Memorial Day weekend get-a-way. I would definitely recc Crystal Towers and booking through Resort Quest. We had zero problem with check-in and everyone was very nice and professional.

Condo was nice, but did not expect such a substanial amount of cleaning charges we was not aware off. We honor Hotel property and we clean up after ourself. The layout of the Condo was beautyfull.

At first, I was hesitant because the condo was not located exactly on the beach. However, do not hesitate to book this condo! The location is essentially right on the beach. The ocean views were amazing, with no tall buildings in front to obstruct the view (we were on the 16th floor). The front door also had a lagoon view, which I didn't know about! It was great! The catwalk is perfect to avoid crossing traffic with kids, and the pools are beautiful! The night view from the balcony were so pretty. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel! Easy access to the beach. Pools are very nice!
