Crystal Tower Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

We loved the location Crystal Towers. The walk bridge was great. We do feel it was misleading with the fact that there was NO lazy river and it was stated there was , that was dissappointing. Also our room was dingy. Needed some paint,lot of scuffs, furniture was stained and looked old. Don't look under the couch, I don't think the cleaning crew moves any furniture. I expected nicer accomidations for vacation, and we are not picky people. I would stay again but not through Resoert Quest!! Thery are not informative at all.Go to Zekes for fishing and Mikee's, they cook your catch at a reasonablr price.

We had the BEST vacation! Location was perfect, amazing views of the ocean and the lagoons. Condo had two balconies and tons of room for the three of us. Only issue was the gameroom which was out of date and half the games didn't work which was a disappointment for my 6 year old. Had a DVD rental kiosk so you could get three FREE DVDs at a time, which was a nice perk. Will go back again.

I really enjoyed my stay @ Crystal Towers, I wasn't expecting it to be so nice and cozy especially @ night!! It.s like a home away from home.I,ll definitely recommend it to all my friends and families.I,m looking forward to go back this summer and maybe gonna stay a lot longer.I appreciate all the staff for accomodating for all our needs.Keep up the good work,guys... ps. by the way I didn,t know this is owned by Wyndham!!! FYI i'm a member of this Resort!

Only downfall was that we had to wait for maintenance to bring our key because the previous guests did not leave it. Wait was about 45 minutes; otherwise, our stay was awesome!!

Beautiful view of the beach and the intercostal waterway. Nicely decorated condo was very comfortable. Not much in the way of kitchen utensils and dishes, so eat out! We would definitely go back!

Very nice and clean room. While appointing the room, they thought of just about everything one would need to have a comfortable room/stay. The pools were very clean and really nice. We had a lovely gulf view room and it made every morning of our stay just spectacular! We will be back.

This condo was very clean and very comfortable, and they have AWESOME pools! Everything was perfect, EXCEPT a little bit of confusion that I ran into booking through ResortQuest. I didn't realize that I had to go to ResortQuest to check in, but luckily they were only a few minutes down the street and the people there were EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I also had a very unpleasant conversation with the lady at the desk at Crystal Towers. She was very rude to me when I tried to check in there. I didn't realize I was supposed to go to ResortQuest and she couldn't have been meaner about telling me that. Anyway, overall we very saitisfied and my kids loved the pool (it's HUGE!!!).

This was our first Gulf Coast trip and we were not disappointed. This property was maintained well and had three swimming pools plus beach access. We will probably stay here again but next trip will be in a more secluded area.

We ordered through hotels.com. We arrived in gulf shores around 10 pm. We went all the way to the resort and found out you had to go all the way back to I 59 to check in. Then after driving all the way back Resort Quest issued us the wrong condo. It was across the road and not on the beach. So the next day all they had was something in Orange beach. After arriving to Orange beach the condo was very Nasty. We had to wash our own sheets and towels. I would not recommend Resort Quest to anyone. They were rude and tried to say it was Hotels.com fault for not telling us where to check in when actually it was on Resort Quest

Our trip was wonderful and the condo was great. My only complaint was that the clean up cost was not quoted in the Expedia listing. It wasn't until check in that we were told it was $130+/-. All in all, this is a fair rate based on the size of the condo, but i feel it should have been included in the cost per night breakdown on the site. Expedia made our transaction and stay very smooth, with this one exception. I'll just be sure to verify these rates in future bookings. We truly had a great time at Crystal Tower Condo in Gulf Shores and would recommend it to anyone.
