The Cliff Elegance Resort

Hotel has good facilities. Mini bus from airport to hotel well organised. Room pleasant but no DVD/CD player. Bad smell in our room on arrival - dressing gowns had dried from damp! Breakfast room could do with smartening up - this is supposed to be 4*. Laundry staff do not speak English - laundry was collected late and redelivered late. Upper pool has spectacular views but seemed to suffer from some towel reservations. Lower pool when in shade better for children and the barman was very helpful. Maid service generally good. 3 rooms booked

We were so surprised when we checked in the room. It was not big but very cool, that gave me the different feeling with rooms in hotels or buildings, kept us stay away from busy and noisy life and brought us to another relaxing life. Me and my boyfriend loved this place so much. If we travelled Krabi again, definitely we will come back here. Highly recommended.

We booked for 3 nights at the end of our trip as a treat, the room was clean but stank of paint thinner, on their site it stated there was some building work being done but did not start until 10am after our first night we found that to be dishonest as I was awoken at 0645! Work carried on all day relentlessly until around 7pm! The infinity pool is the best part about this resort but you need to use 2 or three elevators to get there and one stank!!! At the pool the floor was dirty and needed a deep clean. When room service made our room up it was made up scruffy and the bedding just chucked back on. Upon check out we made it down the lift to the reception, we got told to go to the outside desk and they then told us to go back up three floors with all our luggage and check out there. They then made us wait for 15 minutes for them to check the room. I would not come back here and this should not have four star status!

We stayed here for 2 days last week. The place is good secluded and surrounded by greenery. Other than tht everything else falls flat. The staff is amazing n friendly. However the restaurant sucks and it’s abt 3 Km from Ao Nang and need to spend 150 bhat everytime u go out. The tv was not working the WiFi was extremely bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

good hotel to be in ao nang. The place is really nice. The room is clean and so lovely. The hotel offers many facilities to the guests. The staff are friendly and professional. I will recommend this hotel with all my friends. Thanks

We stayed for 2 weeks in the 'off' season in July. We met with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter from UK. We had two ‘ocean view’ rooms with wonderful sea views of Au Nang cliff and Phang Nga Bay. We had mixed weather every day with sunny and cloudy periods which was good if you don’t want to get too sunburned. The hotel is faded, but the room was clean and well appointed. Good breakfasts with wide choice. They have ‘proper’ espresso coffee if you ask for it. The hotel is well situated right in the middle of the shopping area and about 500M from the beach. Although the hotel is renovating, it was not noisy. Long tail boats are available for trips to the islands and other beaches. The strength of the hotel is the staff who are really friendly and accommodating. They immediately changed my son's room as the air con was faulty. As our granddaughter is only 4 we stayed most of the time by the lovely rooftop pool. Thailand is a really cheap place to stay once you are there with a wide variety of cuisines and prices. Note - Thailand is generally not aware of gluten free cuisine. However, gluten free meals and bread are available at ‘The Divers’ restaurant which is diagonally left, opposite the hotel is really good.

My travel agent Booked for me but i didnt stay because of the worst condition..too much noise of insects Wen i entered the room it was pathetic. The bed is of marble stone 😂😂😂curtains are like sheets Hotel is so dirtyyy

Love this wilderness mountain view at the pool and the rustic style with open concept bathroom. This is resort nevertheless will have mosquitoes but the room provided mosqitoes net and electronic mosqitoes repellent. Staffs is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nothing fantastic but good enough. The location is very convenient 10mins walk to beach ,shops ,cafes and resturants. Will come back again is a place to recharge.

Average resort Small rooms Lots of mosquito's Only breakfast provided. That too in limited quantity. Kitchen closed at 3 pm. With very limited vegetarian options. Privacy issues. Curtains do not close properly due to which anyone outside can see inside Bathroom is in open. Due to which lizards and other garden insects can accompany you. Location is good around 1.5 km from patong Beach. Cliff view rooms give good view of the mountain. Staff is cooperative with the limited resources available to them. I think there many better option available with the same price in Krabi.

Stayed here with a friend & had the best experience. The Cliff provides a quiet bungalow feel amidst a buzzing beach town. Walking distance from the beach, endless restaurants, shops & a grocery store
