"Overall had good nights sleep but things need addressing"

States the rooms are serviced every day. This is not the case. We stayed 3 days room not service once. No spare toilet paper in bathroom. Rang bell in foyer for service (which the sign asks you to do and no one came) so took a spare toilet paper from public toilet on landing. Room was a little dusty. Window in room didn't shut probably wasn't good on a windy October night. Was tea/coffee making facilities but again not replenished during our stay. I know there new owners but people who have stayed before expect the same standard.

Very clean and comfortable with interesting decor. Close to the promenade and tower and Pleasure Beach. The young couple were very welcoming.

Hotel is in a good location and modern. It's also well equipped. The hotel has recently been took over, and a full English breakfast is no longer available. The manager wasn't there for check out nor was we told of the process. I wanted to discuss an issue with the manager who didn't reply. Confusing check in as the room only slept 2 and we booked for 3 and confusion over payment as I was asked to pay but had paid in July so made check in a little stressful! Feel like this b and b is now a side job and not ran how the reviews said when we booked. However when we met the manager on the 1st day he was friendly but seemed very rushed.

Didn't like that he didn't know we had paid as this was quite stressful on arrival

A little gem. Lovely room decor, great location and good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

A rather chaotic check in - the receptionist didn't seem to have a list of who was staying and in which room. Wifi didn't seem to exist - we were given a password but could only see the wifi for the hotel next door!
