Fabulous rooms decorated beautifully. Very comfy bed. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful and clean hotel. We stayed an extra night we loved it so much.

"Lovely guesthouse with a fabulous owner!"

Josie who runs this guest house is so lovely and couldn't be more kind or helpful. She is really what made the stay for us. Her breakfast was fabulous! Our room was great and the location of the guesthouse is right in-between the central pier and the pleasure beach so it was easy for us to walk to either. I would recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

Small detail but i would have appreciated a hand towel.

Very clean and central for amenities you ask for anything and it was no bother if anyone was thinking to look for somewhere when going to blackpool I would recommend the kenley hotel it was fantastic clean brilliant host definitely be back
