Due to the size of the elevator, the hotel does not offer room suitable for wheelchair users. Please note that there is a dress code for the Bay View Restaurant which is smart/smart casual. No ripped denim or sportswear is allowed. More casual dining alternatives are also available. Please note, the spa and golf course can become very busy and guests are asked to book any spa treatments or tee times in advance in order to avoid disappointment. The outdoor pool is closed between 1st October & 30th April yearly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Fri, Apr 30, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

The rooms are small but beautiful. It’s a wonderfully decorated hotel and so calm and relaxing. The spa facilities are world class and really make this a stand out experience. Amazing breakfast selection.

Only slight downside was the cleaning and maintenance team start early, so you hear a lot of corridor walking and door banging from early hours.

"Lovely hotel but very expensive."

We eat a meal on the 1st evening with yourselves, it was nice enough & your staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was brillant & couldn't fault that at all.

We asked for a 2nd drink & was told by the waitress the drinks server would come, never came, we left & went to the bar next door got served straight away. That was bad. 2nd morning what a lot of staff you had on I counted 7 milling around, they weren't really doing much but were available should they have been, bit excessive.
