Lovely staff. And particularly so well looked after by Bryony who was so busy, but took the trouble to reserve our family a large table for breakfast without us asking. A nice surprise. Our family dinner was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Our room was lovely - very clean, comfortable, warm and well-equipped. Even a duck for a bath! And good to have bottles of nice toiletries rather than those annoying wall-fixed dispensers.

Nothing to dislike.

"We made best but dissapointed"

Breakfast Orange Juice foul cheap bread no freah fruit or youghut tastes less Maramlade Weak tasteless tea Undercooked sausages Waiter took order wrong for group all heard but he refused to except he was wrong even when 6 of us heard order???? Carpet threadbare a H&S hazard

"Very very slow service!"

First time visiting Hungerford. Popped into the Three Swans Hotel for a coffee, the comfy armchairs in the window looked so inviting, but pity about the service. There was hardly anyone in but having placed and paid for our order then waited over 15 minutes while the girl served some men who came in several minutes after us to beers before she finally got around to actually making our coffees with us having asked several times if we could please get our drinks as we had limited time left on our parking. Very disappointing.

"Nice one night stay"

We stayed for one night to break up the journey home to Devon from London. Our room was nice with a good choice of complimentary hot drinks, biscuits and bottled water. The bed was really comfy and I slept extremely well! The room itself is fairly small and I think a little overpriced at £120 for one night in a standard room without breakfast being included. Hungerford itself is a lovely little place with a choice of shops, nice walks and few places to eat/drink. There was a slight mix up regarding payment/room allocation upon check out but we managed to get this resolved. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that.

"Good choice"

We visited for a family celebration and group included adults, kids and dogs. All welcomed and quickly checked in. Bit of confusion over bed layouts but sorted quickly and without fuss. Rooms on the courtyard were warm, spacious, clean and comfortable. Meal was nice with a wide selection. Good nights sleep, nice breakfast. For info parking is in the long stay behind. Pay by app as machines not working during visit.
