"Lovely hotel"

8.0

Very easy to find and nice cosy pub to relax in at night, food was good, breakfast was a bit of a concern.

Breakfast was not the best, scrambled eggs were black (too much pepper) then poached eggs just tasted of vinegar, 2bd day had to wait 59 mins before we got our breakfast, but when it arrived it was delicious

"Great location, big rooms."

8.0

Room was huge, great location right on the high street. Lovely staff. Hot water did go off temporarily but the staff were clearly very busy trying to resolve it and proactively waived the fee for my late check out as a way to make up for it. Lovely hotel.

"Such utter kindness…….."

10.0

I had never stayed at a Coaching Inn hotel before but had visited delightful Hungerford many times.this time it was business and my colleague had another equally lovely bedroom en suite….she was delighted as well… The Three Swans really is a great surprise… the efficiency, kindness, helpfulness, cleanliness, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, food, everything is of the highest standard in this beautiful typically English Georgian village… The decor and furnishing materials used, are in keeping with the gorgeous building but modern enough to make it very comfortable.. It was a pleasure to be treated with such respect and utter kindness by all the staff right down to the cleaning lady who serviced the rooms. I have travelled the world and stayed in very luxurious hotels, in gorgeous surroundings, but I cannot praise beautiful Three Swans, Hungerford enough… It was business this time but I shall certainly visit again….and try other hotels in the Coaching Inns group..

"Enjoyable, comfortable and welcoming."

9.0

Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They made the stay an absolute pleasure. The location in the high street is ideal. Mine was a work trip but would stay also for leisure. Food (both dinner and breakfast) were absolutely delicious. Room very clean and comfortable.

Parking was in the station car park and the ticket machines are very confusing but obviously not the hotels fault. My room was over the beer garden so there was a little noise initially but not past 11pm.
