Great quiet location can't get closer to the beach.

The resort has no big building, only individual wooden houses under many trees. It is quiet, romantic, beatiful view and relaxing. The SPA is big and beautiful located. Restaurant is good enough and a day at the pool is perfect. The beach is not as expected, big coral rocks are just some 10 meters away and you can not swim free in the sea. In general it is in every detail visible that the resort is not new and some renewal is needed here and there. Any time I would come back again. People are nice and friendly.

Very local hotel good service but place looks and feel old breakfast so so very noisy at weekend if your bungalow is near the pool as they have noisy band

The staff is very friendly , good service and polite. Good environment and perfect sunset beach view. The resort is very private. There are a lot of activities there such as can yak , spa and message.

We have been visiting Sunset Park for more than 10 years. We do not stay as we have our own vacation home 20 minutes away. However, we come 2 or 3 times a week when we are on vacation in the Pattaya area. We always visit the Wanatara Spa and especially enjoy the Thai Herbal and Traditional Thai massages. They have two "Salas", open air over the water, wonderful breezes, waterfall and local wildlife sounds. Exceptional value in a beautiful setting. The staff are very friendly and extremely skilled. We always stay for a bite to eat. Large airy tree house like setting, wonderful views over the Gulf of Siam and of course great sunsets. Diverse menu and wonderful vegetarian Thai food (which is not always easy to do with fish sauce being a key ingredient in many Thai dishes). Secluded garden setting on a pretty beach. Lovely grounds and common areas. Yes it is a little older looking but why does everything need to be shiny new and glitzy? Close enough to Pattaya at the Jomtien Beach end of town. Don't overlook this gem!

We stayed in this hotel in February 2017. Our cottage was nice and quiet. I enjoyed the garden here so much. My morning walk at 6:30 am around the hotel was wonderful. You can see many different kind of birds. Thank to the owners who keep this place so special with all these interesting plants. Thank also to the staffs that try everything to make us feel at home. Will definitely return. But please do not let your guests sing Karaoke at night. It was so noisy and spoiled your nice place. More further, it was loud and was terribly disturbed to many other guests. Thank you for taking this matter into your consideration.

Well designed and thought out rooms and location. 2 swimming pools and easily accessible restaurant. Sea beach was a rockier than expected but at high tide is good. The Breakfast was really quite standard - and routine - could benefit from variety.

We reserved for three nights (from Bangkok by phone), a two story villa on the beach (they propose to us number 105).Upon arrival at the villa late afternoon 11/21/2016 we smell humidity in the villa. We ask why the hotel did not ventilated the villa..answer: sorry we forgot..so we did it..later in the evening we tried the Jacuzzi..oups no bubbles..broken..and very few hot water..since it was very late,we decided to wait the next morning to speak (in Thai) to the maid.. She said OK she will report this to the manager..Since we did not stay all day in the villa we suppose that they would have fix everything during the day..oups no, since towards the middle of the evening.when we tried the shower and the Jacuzzi there was no hot water nor Jaccuzzi..I call the office and they told me soory and that it will be fix the next day..Next day I went to the office to be sure it will be fix and someone did came. But after 30 or 40 minutes he said it was impossible to fix the Jacuzzi but for the hot water later in the day. They offer us to change for another villa but since it was our last night and the hot water would be fix we decline. Late evening we tried the shower and surprise,the hot water problem was not fix has they promise.. More,during this last afternoon there was very big tunderstorms and heavy rain and we can see water falling inside the villa from the roof to the stairs (not much but..) Worse..late in the evening water flowed from the wall on the first floor (again not much but). So since we had to go back to Bangkok early in the morning I went to the office to have an agreement,but surprise no manager was available. We explain in thai all the problems we enconter and want a financial compensation ..we paid 300,00US a night for no hot water no Jacuzzi..She told us to send an email to the hotel and we should find and agreement. Well, now it is december the 9 and THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAIL.Absolutely no respect for customers. I will not reserve at this place any time soon and nobody should even if this place is nice and the poeple are friendly

One of the bet resorts I have ever visited ! Nice staff and they make it enjoyable with their kindness

We had a 'Brookside' room and it was absolutely lovely! The hotel has a rustic feel - lovely wooden cottages and loads of greenery around - definitely not for someone who prefers a more modern hotel. They have a little boat moored just below the balcony seating area that you can take for a little row down the river :) - they've provided life jackets for safety too! The bathroom is spacious and pretty (bathrooms are very important to me!) The bed is very comfortable and large There is a little wooden balcony with full length glass, sliding windows where you can sit and enjoy a little drink (or two) - not without some bug spray though. Oh and they also have a lovely spa just next door.
