Het huisje was leuk en lag rustig achteraf. Het park was goed onderhouden en daarom ook fijn om rond te lopen. Mensen, eten, omgeving fantastisch!

The environment and room was great but it's just too far away from the town.

A comfortable stay. The hotel was very quiet which was nice. Enjoyed the swimming pools and the spa was well worth a visit. A relaxing stay for people who don't want to be in Pattaya but near it.

Great hotel with friendly staff, ok pricing and a really nice pool and restaurant area. Close to Town and shopping as well as massage and night clubs.

- Claim to provide Wi-Fi ... the reality is there's no coverage in the rooms. - Claim to provide Room Service ... the reality is it's unavailable. - Claim to provide same day laundry service ... the reality is the clothes are returned next day, and smelling of smoke. - Claim the accommodation is located on a khlong (or canal) ... the reality is stagnant green water which is infested with mosquitoes that will badly bite you during the night. And added to that: - The bathroom was shabby, and barely clean. - Very loud noise at night from nearby establishments.

Smooth check in to a duplex spa beach side villa with excellent views but hot and damp rooms with inadequate Air Conditioning. TV broken and had to be changed. Phone was broken. Internet was very weak signal and prohibited proper use. Nice balcony but uncomfortable lounger seats with no cushions. When it rained, the villa roof leaked leaving puddles on the floor and the rain dripping onto the bed at night woke you up. Nice pools but the beach was dirty with lots of litter and dogs running around so very unappealing. Restaurant ok, buffet breakfast ok but not available on one of the days and room service very good but we ordered from the restaurant menu not the actual room service menu which was very basic. Spa was lovely. Check out smooth but I was cheekily forced to pay extra 2% using Visa or 3% using Amex. Overall, at $225 / night, (after a 50% discount) still not worth the money. This resort has potential but needs a significant makeover to really attract tourists and repeat stays.

前回（１年半前）宿泊した時には、幾つかの気になる所が有りました。それは海がきれいではなかったことです。ゴミ等の漂流物が有り折角のロケーションが台無しだと感じました。しかし今回は海も浜辺もとても綺麗になっていました。朝早く起きて浜辺に行くとスタッフが綺麗に掃除しているのです。きっと以前のコメントに耳を傾けてくれたのだろうと嬉しく思いました。 又以前はインターネットも部屋では使えずフロントに行くしかなかったが、今回は無料で部屋で使えるようになっていました。進化しているなと思いましたね。 アメニティーも以前は髭剃り話、歯ブラシもなかったと記憶していますが、日本のホテルよりアメニティが揃っている感じでした。外国ではアメニティーセットが充実していない所が殆どですからね。 また今回予約をした時に、宿泊者一人と間違ってインプットしてしまいましたが、エクスペディアのスタッフの親切な対応から二人で気兼ねなく滞在出来た事は本当に嬉しかったですね。 ホテルと言う所は「家族が帰ってくる第２の家」・・・そんな気持ちにさせてくれるホテルでした。 心使いが家族のようでした。帰りにフロントスタッフに「又帰って来るからね。必ず来ます。」と言っていました。 家族の楽園でした。
