"Clean and Accommodating"

The staff at the hotel was very polite and tried to accommodate our early arrival. They offered great information about things to do in Chiang Mai while we waited. The room was clean and in great condition with additional features that we didn't expect.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Hotel lobby looks very nice as well as convention center. Rooms are a bit outdated though. Regardless would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Location very good, even within walking distance to the very nice Maya Shopping Mall, with restaurants, evening entertainment, in addition to shopping..in the basement lots of Thai for per meal $1.50 US

"Comfortable stay"

I stay in this hotel for a business trip, the room and quality of service was very satisfactory. Even though the facilities were a bit old-fashion, the overall staying was comfortable. The air condition was quit strong but if you enjoy opening the windows, it is still acceptable. The location is just 10 mins to city center and 15 to 20 mins to airport when travelling by taxi/red car/tuk tuk.

"No internet!.Not close to the city center."

I find it unbelievable that a business hotel doesn't have a reliable internet service at all!!.It is pretty bad.Also,they told me that it was close to the city centre but it is NOT true. Stagf wasn't helpful and breakfast was quite bad.
