Perfecte ligging. Dicht bij het centrum en het strand, maar toch heel rustig gelegen middenin de natuur

The environment is exceptional, a jungle in the middle of the city.

Maybe add a sun umbrella in the balcony because the afternoon the sun burns so it’s difficult to stay in the terrace, specifically the ones next to the lagoon.

Wszystkie baseny są naprawdę świetne! Lokalizacja jedna z najlepszych,w jakich mieliśmy okazję się znajdować. Pokój zawsze wysprzątany, parking na skuter również znajduje się pod hotelem. Poleciłabym zdecydowanie pobyt w tym hotelu ponownie.

Był z początku malutki problem z klimatyzacja ale został naprawiony,także żaden.

The only good thing about the property is Charles at the front desk, and the location perhaps.

The hotel is definitely not worth the money. The air conditioning is the worst. Charles very kindly upgraded us but the air conditioning was so bad it didnt feel like we were in a cold room at all. On top of that we were three people in one cottage and asked for water in our room. They dont give you additional water bottles if youve finished two for a day which completely wasnt enough for three people. When we asked for more water at night the lady at the night desk refused us more water and when i said i was ready to pay she said drink from your fridge. We said we have finished that too can you send us bottles she kept telling us about hotel policy. I was completely clear that i was going to pay for it but she dint understand. She hung up the call on me. When i called her back to point it out she said she did it on purpose. Her words “ I am bad to you because you are bad to me” thats why I hung up. Even if i admit I am a bad guest, she works in hospitality. She is paid to be kind and hospitable. It was not about the water i respect hotel policy and paid for it. It was the attitude of the lady and her behaviour. Really pathetic.
