Las instalaciones óptimas, habitación amplia, piletas impresionantes, desayuno espectacular, buffet de mucha calidad. Muy linda la atención.

Se cayó Internet en las habitaciones y no lo pudieron recuperar por todo el día. Pero le pusieron todas las ganas de ayudar. Si seguía funcionando internet en el lobby pero fue una fiaca trabajar hasta la medianoche en los espacios comunes.

Es hermoso, bastante espacio para caminar entre árboles y lago! Un ambiente muy tranquilo. Las personas muy amables!

El bar no tiene música y queda al lado de la recepción! Recomiendan un tour para conocer las islas Phi Phi que yo jamás recomendaría! Lo hicimos y nos pareció terrible (cabe aclarar que el tour no lo hace el hotel pero deberían recomendar otras cosas)
