Paradise Koh Yao

The atmosphere of the hotel is truly one of a kind. You are surrounded by beautiful nature and calming silence, with stunning sunrises and breathtaking views. You can either relax on the shining white-sand beach, go on a kayak tour, enjoy a soothing massage at the spa, or take part in activities such as yoga classes, badminton, table tennis, or excursions to even more hidden gems. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, so everyone should be able to find something to their taste. Prices are higher than in average Thai restaurants, but still reasonable. At first, there were a few things that bothered us, but once we addressed them at the reception, they were taken care of in no time. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is quite secluded, and you cannot reach anything nearby on foot. Additionally, there was a construction site near our room; however, it did not bother us, as the work started late enough in the morning and we spent our days at the beach anyway. All in all, this place truly deserves to be called paradise!

Amazing beach location

Nothing I recall that bothered me

het was subliem. het uitzicht vanaf onze kamer was erg mooi, het eten was niet een heel breed assortiment maar goed genoeg om hier een aantal dagen van de maaltijden te kunnen verlustigen. het personeel was super. mijn vrouw heeft een hernia, we zaten boven in op het resort. en elke keer als we naar beneden wilden voor het eten of om naar het zwembad te gaan kwamen ze ons halen en brachten ons ook weer netjes terug naar de kamer.

Prachtig resort. Mooie kamers. Eigen strand.

De afgelegen ligging. Niet qua afstand maar wel ivm de begaanbaarheid van de weg. En daardoor ben je aangewezen op je resort in de avond. De restaurants zijn te westers georiënteerd en geprijsd.

Location was beautiful. The activities were brilliant and we went to the bonfire night and enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks. Staff were superb. Loved happy hour. The food was delicious. Eddie was so helpful when we were a little upset because of the noise form the building work and he offered us a different room/a complimentary meal. The rooms are absolute gorgeous.

It's a long way from town so you have to get taxis in and out on a bumpy track. More expensive than town and added service and tax to everything. The renovation was loud.

Our 3rd time visiting Paradise Koh Yao and there are many very good reasons that we keep going back! It is such a beautiful spot and you really feel that you are experiencing Thailand as it was a decade or 2 ago - peaceful and serene and surrounded by the jungle and the sea. The staff are amazing - so many I could mention but standouts with whom we interacted were Smile, Sareenah, Faii and Da who greeted us as long lost friends 🥰 Eddy, Dao and Tan were so helpful and Min at the Spa was lovely.
