Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel And Resort

we hsve stayed here 8 times in 5 years this tells you that we love everything about it from the staff to the swimming pool. It is so handy for everything in Jomtien shops restaurants and bars all within walking distance

Mention the location. Better indicate main buiilding is near beach road and wing is new block but all the room face to sea.

Good location and nice room Staff seems to be freindy but not touch Flood in bathroom, and telephone ring all morning so bad, my room number is 1448 which close to a service phone, told to reception but no response

The first room we where given had no wi fi I complained and they gave us anouther room again no WiFi The next room had a little WiFi The breakfast was not good

The internet was none existent I complained and they move me to a room near the router And still the internet was none existent reading 0.4 on wi fi test I complained again and got no reply only use the wi fi in the lobby which all so not good. The hotel breakfast was poor

1:20 min wait for check in. Manager offered ocean view upgrade for our long wait. We use the exercise room and swimming pool. Onsite bowling lanes and Snooker table was used nighty. Excellent food everytime i stay in this Hotel. I enjoy this Hotel and have recommended to others

Quite basic very big breakfast adequate but can get very busy
