Hotel was clean and beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Only three chairs at the pool, would benefit from a few sun loungers.

●The Front Desk Staff is not always posted in position at the Front Desk. ●There was checking-in delay due to no Front Desk Representative was not available at the time of my check-in/out. ●The Front Desk Representative who are friendly/kind did apologize for the wait time. ●My Room#324 had no central cooling only air conditioner in area where is humid/hot. The air conditioner did not maintain the cool air at room temperature. ●I requested late check-out at 12:00 Noon; However, housekeeping knock my room door around 11:00 A.M. to advise that check-out was at 11:00 A.M. -I advised the housekeeping representative that I requested late check-out at 12:00 Noon. -The housekeeping representative did apologized for the inconvenience of knocking too early before my requested check-out because the housekeeping rep. stated that the Front Desk never added my to the housekeeping list for late check-out. ●There is dancing music in the Front Desk Area which does not seem to make the staff pay attention to detail or guest request.
