Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Banning by IHG

Room very well furnished and comfortable. Very low impact neighborhood with Smart and Final across the street along with best taco truck around. Auto parts store too! Good breakfast if you get there early. Beautiful Eastern views from upper floors! Mostly quiet in hotel. Great climate in Banning. $100 room deposit -Keep deranged guests from tearing up rooms!

Staff could be more interactive and offer assistance more and to answer questions. I suspect they are more worried about problematic guests which I can understand too. They seem to have many problems with room electronic and TV operations - need more present technical maintenance staff. Staff need to walk hallways to pick up trash left by careless guests on a regular basis.

Comfy bed

The location and when we arrive there at 12:30 a.m. there was a car sitting in the small parking lot area with the lights on just sitting there for a long time it was very uncomfortable feeling. The hotel is right next to the main highway and there was really nothing around that area except a gas station down the road. The whole setting of the thing just was very uncomfortable
