Las personas de servicio siempre son atentas.Buen. Desayuno. Lugar familiar.

Las camas no las han renovado. Si hace falta más comodidad en eso y almohadas. Y que salga más rápido el agua caliente de la regadera 🚿.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones impecables... Es muy grande y muy lindo en general y el personal es muy atento y cordial.

Breakfast was good. Since we are lite eaters in the morning we always just had fruit and coffee. Very satisfied.

Good Stay in Morelia – Pet-Friendly & Well-Located! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Morelia, especially since they allowed me to bring my dog along. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. Parking & Location: Street parking was available right in front of the entrance, which was very convenient. The location was perfect for sightseeing—most attractions were within walking distance. Room & Amenities: The room was spacious with tall ceilings, giving it a classic and airy feel. The bathroom was modest and a bit older, but it had everything I needed. Dining: There’s a restaurant in the central courtyard that serves food during the day. Overall, this was a great choice for a comfortable, pet-friendly stay in the heart of Morelia. I’d happily stay here again!

The hotel is housed in an old colonial building. So the double doors to the rooms are quite narrow for an average sized person. Also the door locks are somewhat difficult to operate without practice. Especially if you hands are full of luggage. My room was next to a busy street which could be loud during the day. The bathroom was old and needed to be updated. Saw a cockroach the first time I entered the bathroom. The floors in the room weren't clean. Got a very nasty bug (spider?) bite during my stay which required a hospital visit. The food in the hotel restaurant wasn't very good, the coffee was especially bad.

Staff were very friendly.

A coffee maker in room would have been good. It was old but that gave it character however our room could have used some paint to freshen it up. Breakfast should have been included in my opinion.
