I love the room

There is no variety in the breakfast. it's always the same food every morning. I was shocked that there was an additional fee of 1,200 Vanuatu vat charged everyday apart from the normal room rate and Vat was charged everyday instead of charging Vat after the final payment which was ridiculous. Overall, the service was good with decent room.

Reception staff were lovely.

Photos online are deceiving, place is very run down for the cost. Pool never seemed to be cleaned with food lying around it for days. Location is great but for the price it's rundown and staff don't look like they enjoy working here and it was almost an inconvenience to order a drink at the bar. Restaurant out the front served breakfast that was minimal and tasteless. You could find better value for money.

Friendly staff. Assisted with transport. Central location.

Property is quite run down. Hibiscus Studio is in need of an urgent upgrade. Communication prior to arriving was poor and required a number of follow ups.

"Friendly & Relaxed"

The staff were absolutely brilliant at the hotel - so welcoming, friendly, hard working & so child friendly. The hotel itself definitely needs to be renovated, especially the public areas, but the room itself was very clean & only needs some little retouches. The pool area is in need of a complete overhaul. The food is all homemade and the drinks are well priced & really nice (and strong!). Location is very close to the centre and a bus can be caught from right outside too.

Common areas need renovating especially the pool area and stairs.
