The location and view were great

There were a lot of bugs inside the apartment We reserved 3 nights but only stayed one night because I didn’t want to take any of those bugs home with me. I messaged them about it and now it’s a week later and they still haven’t responded….

The location and view are the only positives of the place.

2 families of 4, booked separate condos. Our family stayed in 404 and the other stayed in 405. Very poor communication from the beginning which made me feel like maybe we were being scammed. I feel the need to preface that I have booked tons of places through booking, VRBO, and Air BnB and am a great guest. We requested early check in which was immediately denied, okay I understand that is only a kind gesture and not required. Day of check in at 130pm I had not received any information. I finally reached out at nearly 2pm for a 4pm check in and was finally provided the codes to the units. 405 was decent, had bare minimum of what would be needed for a stay. Immediately upon entering 404 it was clear that bare minimum housekeeping had been done, no sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc. Again, not letting this ruin the vacation I can clean. However upon entering the bathroom off the master bed…it was evident that the bathroom was under MAJOR construction. The entire shower surround had been replaced and there were large gaps between the surround and the walls leaving the studs and dry wall inside exposed. No towel bars, clear contractor measurements on all the walls, large holes in the wall almost all the way through. Honestly some communication about the renovations would have sufficed but…nothing. Then we find out we have no internet. Linens are to be swapped out on Wednesdays, we put ours out but, you guessed it…nobody came. That was a bummer considering we were hoping for additional towels given that they only gave us 4 for 4 people. The living room furniture was not clean nor comfortable and to be honest we spent little to no time in that room due to the filth of the carpet and the furniture. The kitchen was ill equipped at best. The coffee pot leaked every time we used it, no toaster, bare minimum pots and pans for an ad that shares that they are fully equipped. We are also a clean family, cleaning up the kitchen every night before bed, etc.

I love that its off the ocean and close to the pier.

Room 104 was infested with cockroaches. I did not sleep my first two nights. I killed about 25 cockroaches each night. On Saturday they moved me to room 101 which was better and I only killed about 3 cockroaches a night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep when there were so many cockroaches.

The location was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, and the ocean view was awesome!

The parking was very tight.

Most of all the apartment and the group of people that come there it was very laid back and Comfortable no loud noise no Partying me and my family enjoyed it and we will be returning next year to be honest I didn't won't to go usually I'm ready to go home but I really enjoyed the Quietness
