The location was nice

Where would I start? Don't rent this condo or you too will be leaving a bad review. From the lack of communication to not getting any check-in info till 1hr before our arrival to the furniture polish in the floors that caused my wife to fall or that there were no remotes so no TV or maybe the spotty internet that kept refreshing the WiFi signal and throwing us offline. Awful, just awful and booking.com couldn't care less!

Lay out of the room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice balcony. Access to beach and pool were only steps away.

The noise coming from the streets. WiFi didn’t work. We called about the WiFi and no one came to assist us. There was a crack on the shower floor. Toilet paper holder was broken.

Always amazing when I stay here. Everytime I travel to Myrtle Beach I aways book at Sea Mystique. It’s right on the ocean and so convenient to everything. Thank you so much

Clean, quiet and had everything we needed! Good water pressure and hot water in the shower on the 4th floor! My husband and I enjoy the beach and don’t look for a lot of entertainment although we ate at a couple of really good closeby restaurants The view from our balcony was awesome and the beach was not overcrowded. Close enough to the piers if we wanted to go out Overall a really nice experience Plenty of clean towels, and even supplied coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc Everything worked well that we used

Communication could have been a little better. The phone number listed didn’t work so I ended up looking one up online to ask how I got checkin info. All worked fine but we didn’t know any of the info until 2 pm the day of check in

The property was beachside, which we loved. The beach was accessible by walking through the small parking garage and out the back gate. It was a short drive to restaurants and gas stations, and there is a Walmart close by for groceries. The parking situation was not great for larger vehicles. We had an SUV, and it was impossible to park inside. We were able to grab a spot in front between the parking garage and the road, but these spaces fill up quickly. Customer service advised they have another property we can park at, which is 1.5 miles away. This would not be feasible with my small child and luggage. I had received a message in regards to parking through booking.com by email, so I expected communication to come through there. We arrived at the property and there was no office or front desk, so I did not know how to check in. We figured out there was a text sent to us with an access code to the room. We checked in and found one of the glass slider doors taped from the outside with a note not to touch or the glass would fall out. I reported this, and they said maintenance would probably be out the next day. They said the note was likely made by housekeeping. Maintenance never showed up. This was concerning to deal with having a small child. Also, the pool was closed for a couple of days during our stay. The unit was pretty spacious and we appreciated the kitchen and laundry. Dishes and utensils were provided, as well as some dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry soap. There are 2 bathrooms, which was great. The balcony was nice, although the patio furniture was dirty. We unfortunately found a cockroach in one of the bathrooms during our stay! The front door light was also not working. I texted this info on the day we checked out, but did not get a response.
