I like the set up and the room layout

My shower didn’t give out hot water just cold water I didn’t have any covers on my bed just a sheet 3 paper think sheets. The front desk kept telling me I had a duvet on the bed but I didn’t in fact I only had sheets on my bed

My blanket was moldy-looking and gross. I showed it to the front desk, and they were also disgusted by it. I contacted the GM of the hotel twice and never got a response. I then had to reach out to corporate, which was also a hassle. Really disappointing experience and poor follow-up overall.
