"Decent, the hotel was beautiful but the staff and valet were unprofessional and had bad attitudes."

Front desk staff, Valet staff, and parking accommodations; it took two hours to get our car which was parked by valet staff.

It's a very nice hotel. Everyone was very nice, and a couple of great restaurants. My only complaint is the sofa couch in our sweet looked like a dog had been sleeping on it. Filthy and stained. Other than that I loved the place.

The staff here is excellent, especially the person who checked us out. What I will say is that for the money we paid, I was very surprised to only have two towels, two washcloths, no hand soap, and no bath mat in the suite reserved for five people. Also, having to pay for every incidental, including Netflix, was a disappointment. Otherwise, the place was very nice and comfortable.
