Fullon Hotel Taoyuan

The service here is amazing! The people are SO nice! They are incredible happy and helpful and go above and beyond to help out. I arrived on crutches recovering from a knee surgery and they have been extremely accommodating. They bring ice to my room, open doors, they even call the elevator for me! Today an employee came over and offered to hold my plate while I went through the breakfast buffet, for which I was extremely grateful as I was trying to fight out how I was going to manage it. They are always smiling and I find every shift is just as friendly. Ten stars to this hotel for its awesome staff!! The rooms we stayed in this time were more run down than previous times. They were clean, but well-worn. In the past I've been very impressed with the rooms, so this was a surprise. The lobby and eating areas, restaurants, were all very nice.

Staff provided great recommendations for dumpling restaurant and sichuan cuisine.

Only suitable for business, breakfast variety have to improve

I stayed at this hotel twice. It was recommended by our supplier. I enjoyed the accommodations, the pool and hot springs.

Very fast - arrived late and left early. Staff were extremely helpful and polite - a very good experience.

Nice place to stay for several days, but not for a week or a month. The access to the Taipei is actually not that bad because it is near to the Gaotie station, which you can get there by cab for 20 taipei dollar.

Not that close to the Airport, around 20 mins taxi - costing $20. Breakfast was pretty good, but carpets were dirty in the room. Not bad for 1 night if you need to be at the airport early.

Overall rating was good except not any near to MTR or train station, taxi required. Good neighbourhood, attentive service by hotel staff. Breakfast was average and not high quality offer, limited selection and replenishment.

Friendly and welcoming staff at front desk. Easy 15 minute walk from main night market and (apparently) also close to newer, upmarket area. Rooftop spa great.

I was traveling a young child, The room I got was small and carpet did not look like clean. I had to ask to change a room the first day. However the receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
