Fullon Hotel Taoyuan

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Had a pleasant stay here. Hotel room is clean and spacious.

All front staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

Had a very comfortable night and would definitely stay there again! Would strongly recommend to others!

Good location, walk to distance from MRT station. 5 mins by taxi to a big shopping mole. Nice pet shop in front of the hotel:-) Facility was clean and service was good, don't expect fie start wuality but good enough for several days stay for business purpose.

Staff were able to resolve my issues after some complain. I would suggest book with a major hotel chain next time.

I was not expecting too much from this hotel, but I was pleased with it nonetheless. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and welcoming. This was my first stay in Taiwan and I enjoyed the experience. This hotel did not leave me with any negative thoughts. I would stay at the Fullon again.

Excellent check in/out, very friendly & knowledgeable. Spoke English. Room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with all possible amenities. Room service was reasonable priced, excellent quality, and very fast. I enjoyed the hot springs, sauna, steam room, workout area on the 16th floor. It was "no clothes" only, but not a problem. Again, they provided all possible amenities in the spa too at no charge. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in many years. I would visit this hotel & its chain definitely again.

Excellent value. Close to airport and very clean

It may have been a fluke, but we booked this hotel through Expedia and for some reason the hotel decided to put my husband and I on the same floor as an entire wedding party and guests. We did not know this upon check in, but we were rudely awoken the next morning before 8 am with people yelling loudly in the hallways. Then, as is the Asian custom, non stop fireworks were set off outside for hours, (which sounded like they were being set off right under our window). Anyways, they were only able to give us a 1 hour later check out. So needless to stay our 1 night at the Fullon Taoyuan was not good.

I reserved this hotel at the first place because i need a place to catch my early flight. On trip advisor, someone recommend it and said it is closed by the TaoYuang international hotel. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel to the people who needs to go to the airport as it is really far from the airport if compare to many hotels nearby the international airport. The hotel condition consider new but nothing really special nor luxury. I will only rate it 3 star. The shower room door can not be fully closed so when I took the shower, the water just spray to everywhere, caused the bathroom floor totally wet. The towels are hard like a rock. There are only one blanket on bed, no bed sheet, during the night, it is too hot to use the blanket but too cold not to use it. The surrounding area has not a lot to see.
