"Very good hotel. Let down by the staff"

The hotel is quite convenient for those going on business trips to ITPL, Bangalore. Rooms are of good size and decor quite modern. My main issue was on the following two points. 1. On the morning of my check out I was in a hurry and it took the hotel 25 minutes to check out and the worst part was there were not many people checking out at the same time. 2. The more serious grievance was, a T-shirt went missing from my bag after I had left the luggage at the front desk to be picked up later in the evening.

"Sometimes 5 stars, sometimes not."

The hotel is very classy, room looked rather posh. All worked as expected, however the bathtub from soft plastic looked like it might crack any time. Eating facilities were a bit disappointing, Italian pizzeria shouldn't serve tabasco with its pizzas and the bar staff doesn't know much about whisky and how to serve it. I would also expect the staff in a five star hotel to be less "visible" and attention demanding. What is highly unreliable is the accounting for hotels taxi service - sometimes it appears to be complimentary like in other higher grade hotels in India but I got charged INR 900 for each trip (which was less than 2 km) and didn't find out until I was checking out!

Breakfast counter they started closing, and waiters were starring at us. Guest are guest, waiters should not insult or force to finish our breakfast early or quickly.. very bad experience

Excellent hotel. Very good room, excellent restaurant in 2nd floor, very professional staff, good spa. For the price they charged, I wasn't really expecting all this. Very good value for money. Loved it. Going to stay there next time also for sure.

"Pleasant Experience"

Quality hotel with friendly staff, a comfortable room & good food. Visited business friends with my wife for a 3 night/ weekend stay as part of a broader holiday based in Goa. It is likely we will use this hotel again in the future. A pleasant, trouble free experience.
