"Great Location"

Stay was good, The hotel culture needs to improve. At Check-out when asked, I confirmed that I have not consumed anything from Bar. despite of this, I had to wait for about 5 mins, as the reception lady asked someone to verify that. This is bit strange and I did not like it. I am not sure, I will go to this hotel again.

"My Stay at Zuri"

gosh, this is an excellent Hotel!, Staffs were friendly and profesional, great ambience were awesome, only set back was shuttle service to nearest mall was charged and is expensive for such short distance, the hotel should provide this service as part of their complimentary gesture.

"bring your earplugs"

very noisy building work next to it must be in excess 60db in room easily - never again. Also don't expect to eat in hotel restaurant as they take too many from street twice i tried and no tables very poor experience for me.

I was in Zuri Hotel for business and I think it was great, the service wasreally nice, people were very friendly all the time, the pool area was beautiful and all the other areas; the spa was great; the internet service was included, and the breakfast so it was fantastic. My room was very clean, spacios.

"Hotel is nice, staff excellent surroundings dire."

Hotel is good, breakfast nice good choice buffet, room needs western touches ipod dock or such, internet was poor but they obliged and put a wap in my room. Bangalore as a whole cannot be described as pretty in the slightest so your stuck with it, any footpath leading from the hotel screams broken ankle or leg!! and the roads are the worst I have seen despite being to other places in India.

"An Oasis in a bustling city"

The hotel was a pleasure to stay at during a recent trip. The service in the hotel is exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for the staff assisting us. The restaurant food was exceptional and I'd recommend the fish night banquet. The spa as a little haven away from the hustle and bustle and very reasonable priced, so if you have time fit it in. Rooms have everything you need in them and if anything is not available, someone will find it for you. We didn't really explore the neighbourhood but there didn't appear too much around and I'd recommend you take advantage of the taxi service from the hotel to get around. As a group of 3 women travelling we felt safe and would recommend this hotel for female travellers.
