"Nice place but no sleep"

Had a heard of elephants above us ran all night 🌙 called front desk said he would take care of it it got worse so I banged on floor still continued who ever stayed above us either lets the kids sleep all day or always let them run wild was not very happy was close to going to knock on door but then I'm sure I would have been wearing bracelets

There were issues with cleanliness, trash not picked up, spiders by elevator, broken items and plumbing (sink drain), which were reported but not resolved. The worst part was rude staff response and management refusing to adjust pricing or provide a refund.

"This Hotel has BED BUGS! (5/26/26)"

I booked a three night stay for work, on the first night I woke up to bed bugs! I put three bugs in a folded up piece of paper and went down to the front desk, The guy working didn’t even care.! Not only did I check out but they refused to give me a discounted rate for that night. This place is NASTY, and definitely stay out of room 327!!! I’m a Wyndham Diamond rewards member, I have never experienced anything like this anywhere.
