Friendly staff, clean rooms and facility. Great value!

The heating unit in our room didn’t work but since we arrived late and were tired we just went without. I’m sure they would have made it right with us had we said something. Just one of those details that should be checked before a guest checks in.

The location was great and peaceful

Eggs were undercooked, sausage overcooked, staff was either rude or hard to find and the cleanliness of my room was average

Good location, breakfast was okay, the usual options, my kids enjoyed the waffles and they loved the pool.

We had gotten back late to our room after seeing a movie, my husband and our kids. The kids were going to sleep on the sofa sleeper, but our room did not come with extra blankets. My husband went to the front desk around 12:30 am (3/1/26) and the guy told him "I don't know they should have been in your room, I'm the only one working here" and was very rude about it. Yes, they should have been in our room, but they were not so either the front desk man could've been a little nicer and gotten us some or maybe train your housekeepers to properly stock a suite with a sleeper sofa. Maybe hire more than one staff member for overnights if they aren't allowed to leave the front desk? It doesn't make any sense to us and being rude isn't exactly a trait you should have working in the hotel business. I'm just glad we always travel with extra blankets in the back of our car so my husband went to grab those. The female who checked us in earlier that day (2/28/26) was very kind and helpful, but the overnight staff being so rude just ruined it all for us. It is sad they have employees who make the rest of them bad! Probably won't be returning to this location again!

Clean. Quiet. Friendly. Slept well. Vast breakfast options. Would recommend without hesitation. Unable to comment on pool area; we were literally just traveling through.

Unfortunately it was a hockey event weekend so there was lots of kids running around ding dong ditching the hotel rooms and nothing was really being said to them to stop.

We had the room that had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The only thing I would suggest is an alarm clock in the bedrooms. The kitchen clock also needed batteries. Was stuck on 9:15.

Very disappointed with the pool area. Hot tub was Luke warm. Front desk staff it was because people kept going in and out the two exit doors. Kinda disturbing that people can just come in and out of the exit doors. My hot tub at home is outside and stays at 103. Plus 2 of the jets were cold water. The pool water was so cold my grandkids wanted to go back to the room to take hot showers. Unusual for them since I can hardly get them out of the water at other places. That probably explains why the Luke warm hot tub was full of little kids.
