Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The breakfast area and lobby were clean. Would definitely stay here again!

All good so far. Swimming pool is a bit old, but useful still

I’m waiting for the initial charge to be removed from my credit card! The correct charge has already gone through and I had contacted the motel directly and they said it takes a few days! Has never been this long before!!

Hot tub wasn’t on the first night but that’s about it.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a good variety of hot and cold options, and the kids really enjoyed the waffles and scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were a major disappointment. The pool was cold and the water didn’t feel clean, with debris on the deck and smears on the walls. Several features weren’t working: the slide, the hot tub jets, and the mushroom waterfall were all out of order. The hot tub itself was extremely hot and cloudy, with a visible ring around the edges, and the chemical levels seemed strong enough to sting the skin. It would also have been really helpful if the mini-mart carried kids’ water wings for those who forget them. On top of that, we experienced elevator problems twice during our one-night stay. At one point, the elevator stopped in the basement with my toddler and another guest inside, and we had to navigate stairs to get back to the main floor. Staff responded quickly and restarted it, but later that evening it overheated and was out of service again, which was inconvenient since we were on the third floor. Overall, while the staff and breakfast were positives, the pool and elevator issues made our stay feel disappointing and less than what we expected for the price, especially since the pool was a main reason we booked.

My grandma and I stayed at AmericInn by Wyndham Fargo Medical Center December 15th, 2025 to January 1st, 2026 while her husband (my grandpa) was in the hospital. Minnie & Dileep were amazing & took great care of us! Both were very kind & provided excellent customer service. We were provided with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel in Fargo, ND for anyone needing a place to stay. Thank you for everything Minnie & Dileep! 😊
