The staff helped in every request

Room was cold the thermometer was broken the water was cold and no hot water in the morning tried to use elevator and it was out of service I had to rag all my thing through the stairs the second room I had was the same it really want comfortable at all I have a 5 month baby and it was to cold for him

Cold and not much in tray. Rubbery scrambled eggs.

No hot water in shower. Let it run long time. Incapable staff working. No management at work or available. Sent a girl to room that wanted to help but could not speak English. We had to leave for day with out shower. Waited for manager to call. I had to call back at 11. Manager was told manager still not there. When I asked for regional manager number the prop manager was then produced on phone. She gave us 1000. Points on our IGH account. No refund. Food bad and there was someone else black hair in tub. Still will not go back.

Good location, breakfast was good. There were several options available for breakfast.

Elevators were not working. I saw an elderly couple struggling to get to their room. My family and I had two rooms. One of the rooms had dead roaches in it. Both rooms had flooding due to a water leak. They gave us two new rooms. Tv control was not working so we had to go down the stairs to get it replaced. The staff would not take it to the room. Room keys did not work the next day so we had to get another key. There were trash bags all over the hallway during night hours. Cleaning staff cleaned the rooms but left the trash bags in the hallway

It was new.

They did not prepare enough breakfast for the guests. Either forgot to maintain food or just quit. Went out for breakfast instead.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of different variety, and the location was in a excellent location

The cable was not good picture kept messing up the channels did not match what was on the guide

Clean rooms. Mine had a full kitchen with dishwasher. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Would come again.

We arrived at 9:30 pm, after 12 hours of airports and airplanes to find a darkened building and a sign on the front door reading: "We are closed for renovations and all reservations are cancelled . . ." Needless to say, we were not happy that: 1) apparently, neither Holiday Inn nor Booking,com has a mechanism to notify reservation holders that their "reservation" no longer exists; and 2} there is no recourse for the travellers who have been left high and dry, We will not be using either Booking.com nor Holiday Inn again and will counsel everybody we know to do likewise.
