La persona encargada de recepción me cargó 2 veces a mi tarjeta y me dijo que no lo había cobrado, sin embargo apareció en mi estado de cuenta, me quejé con booking y no hacen nada para resolverlo

The lady at the front desk helped my girlfriend and I out so much. Even gave my dog food. We broke down earlier that day, and she saved the day. Really thankful for her.

The location is in downtown

The hotel is falling apart. Parts of the floor were missing , light fixtures were missing or broken , water faucet was broken , shower pressure was low , air conditioning didn't work ,dodgy characters hang around in the parking lot , and to top it all off they take a cash deposit.

The booking cost expensive

First of all... bed bugs on 10/22/2025, room 212. The pictures of this hotel are from another era. The building is extremely run-down,, and has very poor quality interior repairs. I was just about to turn off the lights and go to sleep when I noticed a bug crawling on my arm--took a photo and sure enough... bed beg. The on-site managers were understanding, but they called the actual manager, apparently Bhupendra Modi, and I could hear him tell them that he would only refund if the bed bug could be positively confirmed, had zero interest in booking me a room at another hotel at their expense, which seems fair to me, since it was now about 10 PM, and I had no room, and appeared to have no concern that his hotel had bed bugs. I was too tired to wait around, so I booked a different hotel at twice the price, half an hour away, and get the heck out of there.

La puerta no cerraba correctamente, había gente extraña fuera del alojamiento y con la puerta medio abierta no se podía dormir bien, el desayuno no existe.

Front desk lady was so nice and responsive. I had to request a second set of towels and they were clean and soft.

So many things. First of all - don't stay here. Floor tiles were not attached to the floor and several were missing. toilet paper roll broken, paint peeling off ceiling, duvet had a giant burn hole in the middle, bed sank in the middle, no blow dryer - had to ask for one. hole in floor by bath. This place should be condemned. Homeless drug addicts walking around in parking lot. Scary - only stayed here for the Balloon fiesta but I learned my lesson. next year I will stay farther out of the city.
