"Nope. Nope. Nope."

We needed a quick stay to catch an early morning flight. Checking in was a breeze, and we headed to our room. The first impression on the room was not expected. It had an overwhelming smell of urine. My daughter walked into the closet area, and he feet squished on the carpet. It was soaked with urine. We were immediately switched to a new room, but we were not offered compensation. Although we booked with a 3rd party, the hotel rep refused any compensation when that 3rd party reached out. The second room, we discovered as we were going to bed, had dirty laundry hidden on the far side of the room beside the bed. By that point, we were done. We contacted Hyatt corporate representatives by way of email and have an active case number.

We appreciated the promptness of the staff in moving us to another room when our air conditioner wasn’t working. There was also a small wet area on the carpet, so we were grateful for how quickly the issue was addressed. Thank you for the excellent customer service

Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. Very convenient to the airport.

The hotel is a bit dated and really needs a refresh. Our room had at least three issues that made it felt kind of run down. Scratched up woodwork. Stain on the couch. Sink separated from the counter in the bathroom, hanging by the plumbing.

Breakfast was alright. Front desk staff was amazing Kiara Beatrice and Stephanie. Wonderful people. Keep them they know customer service and care for customers.
