Very clean and great staff. Good location and comfortable

Very friendly staff & clean rooms, The overall check-in and check out process was very easy friendly as well. I still don't understand the whole half door in the shower, but not a deal breaker. Also the breakfast was okay just needed sausage or bacon, as a relates to the meat.

Within the first hour of being in my room, the toilet clogged. Although maintenance fixed the issue, I was left to clean up the mess afterward. Overall, the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. There was dust throughout the room, and the carpet was disgusting, with numerous noticeable stains. The ironing board cover was heavily stained and unsanitary. I requested a replacement ironing board cover but never received one, so I had to place a towel over it just to iron my clothes. In addition, the housekeeping staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. A simple greeting when guests walk by would go a long way in creating a better experience. Considering the amount of money I paid, I expected much better. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and the level of customer service did not meet my expectations. I was very disappointed with my stay.

We needed.a place to rest while driving all day. The location- right off the highway, the rate when booking online was great and the front desk check in process was easy and staff was excellent. The room was huge and so much space! It was also right off the elevator which was so nice when we were just ready to sleep when we arrived at midnight. The beds were comfortable and enjoyed a nice hot shower. Breakfast was really good and plentiful the next morning. Thank you!
