"Consistency"

We stay at Hampton when traveling because it is a consistently good experience. We also like their breakfasts. Hampton is biggest bang for the buck hotel choice.

"Front desk help was amazing!"

When we called to try to see if there was availability., we got no where , so we just went to the hotel, the front desk gal was amazing!! Cara was so helpful and kind ! It was late at night and she was super ! Thanks

"Another Great Stay"

"Highly Recommended"

Our fall leaf trip to the Blueridge Parkway went in a different direction than we planned. We set up our tent camp in Fancy Gap but Mother Nature laughed. High winds and rain with temps in the 40’s, we found ourselves calling and speaking to Kara around 9:00 at night looking for a king room for us and our little dog. She was very helpful and greeted us warmly as we arrived bedraggled and tired. The room was very comfortable and reasonably priced. We ended up staying three days. Kara and the others were all super nice and friendly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning before setting out on our adventures. We even used the heated pool to relax after our busy day. We will definitely stay there next time we are in the area.

"Consistency is Best"

My accommodation was for the Hampton Inn Galax, VA for one night. The hotel was clean, the temperature of my room was comfortable and I had plenty of towels in the bathroom. My stay was quiet and breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was very attentive and greeted with a smile and simple hello every time they saw me or I walked through the door.

"Short and sweet."

Breakfast was great, the staff was very attentive. We used the guest laundry and it all went well. Bought some laundry detergent and didn’t get the product but the front desk was able to replace it without hesitation. The room was comfortable and clean.

There was settled residue in the pool. That could have been addressed.
