staff, was amazing ,friendly, breakfast,was very good, beautiful very clean,i have problem to sleep on mattress and pillow too soft, for me i would to thanks, everyone ,who helped us , thank you from, bottom of our hearts, cleaning lady, front desk workers, women who helped us with breakfast , man, who helped us, in wash room to repair, have a great life and health Zoya

We stayed on the top floor here at the Hampton Inn in Barrie. The room was well equipped and lovely and quiet. Its a good choice to stay here.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good! But did have to wait on food as they ran out . I think the ladies needed to keep a closer eye on the food and when starting to get low then start making more. And shortages of seating area. Need a larger area to sit to eat . But all in all was a good place to stay and the room was quite large and quiet comfortable beds. I would stay there again .

"Disappointing for a Hampton"

Certainly not the best Hampton we’ve stayed at. The pool and spa were closed the 2 days we were there. The rooms had very poor lighting, the breakfast was so-so, and it was a pretty costly room. Overall, they could use some upgrading. In the past, we stayed in Huntsville on our way to Algonquin Park, but Barrie was a little closer so we thought we’d give it a try. I think we’ll stick to Huntsville for our future trips. Much more walkable, plenty of places to stay, and great restaurants.

Convenient location Key cards were not working for every room had to find someone to open room every time coming & going. Noticed corner of room had waste left behind by housekeeping. Made me wonder?

Wasn’t able to check in until 1.5 hours after check in time. Had an event to attend. Had to get ready in the public bathroom. They had no realistic ETA on when the room would be ready.
