Love the hotel location

Didn’t like where our room was. We were on the main floor and prior we’d always been up on the sixth floor. Going forward in the future we would rather be up on the sixth floor.

"Exceptional"

The 24 hr coffee availability. The gym was well set up. A quiet room. The staff were excellent.

I did not sleep well. Although there is surface padding on the mattresses, this had little effect on them being old and springy. They also grunted when u sat or lay on them. Room 508. It was overwhelming in the breakfast room with the number of people, but this was probably to be expected the day after Thanksgiving and presumably a full hotel.

"Dated Rooms"

This hotel is spacious but the rooms are dated. Needs a redo! The toilet is the old low type, the toilet runs all night, the faucet in the sink has seen better days. They were too cheap to have bacon or ham at breakfast and I have read other reviews from last year stating the same thing. Probably another cheap owner that doesn’t want to update the hotel. Although I have stayed here before I won’t ever stay here again!
