"Hotel great, poor service."

Mandy was terrible! Terrible attitude, terrible service. Wont be returning because of her. Keep in mind I travel often and stay at many Hilton hotels and never have I heard you cant drink alcohol in your hotel room that you’ve purchased.

I liked the hotel’s great location and the friendly, helpful staff.

I was disappointed that breakfast relied on paper plates, cups, and disposable cutlery, which didn’t feel environmentally sustainable, and the key cards had to be re-magnetised several times.

"overall a great stay"

the room was clean and had everything I needed

I was expecting a jacuzzi tub based on what I signed up for. The room only had a regular tub. I was disappointed but did not wnt to deal with it because I was tired, so never brought it up. I realized it once I got into the room.
