The floor was rotting and had major soft spots No chair to sit at the desk Toilet lid was broken and the TV didn’t work and breakfast was about as minimal as possible

Trains highways loud. Dead roaches in the room. Spiders in the showers. 1” gap under the door as there was no bottom trim piece. Grout lines on the floor in the bathroom were blood- stained.
