Crystal Inn

This was a fishing trip and there was room to park my boat.

The breakfast was not good. Hardly, anything to eat.

Walked in the room the fridge had thawed out water all over the floor bathroom handle broken could not lock the door. Elevator buttons missing facility was extremely dirty. Everybody walking mud through the building.

It was dirty. Cigarette burns in the counters. Remote didn’t work. Bathroom needed cleaning. WiFi didn’t work. No regular coffee. Open drain hole in the hallway to the room. The whole place was a disappointment from when we walked in.

The price and staff was friendly

Handicap room, no chair for my mom to sit in. But gentlemen did let me take a chair in the room but still wasn't comfortable. breakfast wasn't very good. No plug-in for coffee pot to completely move it across the room was a spider and some dirt under my pillow. I could hear kids screaming in the middle of the night down the hallways.

Staff was not helpful. Roon was not cean hair all over the bathroom trash from last person p

Great location close to work

Towels were not cleaned enough Had a problem with real dirty water that looked rusty.

It looks like they are trying to make updates. It was so pretty for Christmas. The staff were sweet.

The room was gross so many dead bugs on the counter in the tub we didn’t even use the tub because it just didn’t seem clean. The bed also had a few dead bugs in it also. Really need to work harder on cleaning the rooms.
