Something from the ventilation causing us sneezing and coughing. We ended up sick after the one night stay.

Great stay - reserved two rooms for me and my son. When Checking out the hotel told that that when booking trough Expedia, I would not be getting any of my honors points. Not a big deal , but an un-expected down side of Expedia and the Crown Plaza's policy. I like both Expedia and the Crown Plaza, but getting cheap on giving out the points, leaves a little sour note in the experience.

I stayed with my 84 years old mom at the hotel and the the staff were so friendly and caring. The room was very clean and facilities were top-notched. Authentic and delicious were so easily accessible in the in house restaurants. We ended up staying longer than planed because of the pleasant experience. Thumbs up for this oasis in the urban city.

Just was in town for business and the Crown Plaza is a comfortable place to stay, room, bed, food,etc.

It is amazing

I had strongly stressed that the room needed was non smoking room but I had received a smoking room despite my request but the front staff was good. They had changed altogether 3 rooms for me. At the end, I was very thankful for the room received. however, hotel seems to have very poor wifi, I can't use wifi quick enough for anytime. This is very bad for me since I'm on my business trip. I had managed to inform them during my check out time and was told that they can provide me with extra connection. So, for this hotel nothing can receive naturally, it is important to let them know or complain at the point of trouble.

Even we were given a room on the non smoking floor a guest near by was smoking.
