All service are first class and very excellent, all associates are courteous and always willing to help and they greet you with a smile. Truly this is the best place to stay

First 2 rooms were not good (broken door lock in first room; second room with a towel left on the couch and a leaking toilet). I was later upgraded to Executive Floor.

Overall is good, but the reception staff were too inexperienced and slow. It took both check in and out quite a long time compared to other same level hotels!!

Close to Lingnan Tiandi and metro. One thing to improve is the club room food which was sometimes cold.

Nice hotel. Everything is quite satisfactory except the guy managing the swimming pool. He is impolite to guests.

We travel a lot in China for business. We prefer to have a hotel that doesn’t smelll like Las Vegas and also more updated furniture. It’s an ok please for the night nothing special, breakfast just ok.

Very convenient location, Ling Nan Tian di is just blocks away within walking distance, a local supermarket right behind the hotel, a lot of restaurants and shopping around the hotel as well. Very professional and friendly staff. Fast wifi, great TV channel options. In room safe available which is very useful for tourists who want to lock away IDs and money. Couple improvement needed though: First, fliers are available at the lobby and by the computer desk in the room promoting seasonal events and service around, we did not find out the wonderful massage package and the Chinese New Year events around the neighborhood until the day before we checked out, so we missed out on the good deal. The front desk should probably promote them when guests check in. Second, maybe a miscommunication between the local branch and the head quarter. We booked the hotel through hotel.com, it was stated on the website that a 500 cny will be charged per stay for the accidental deposit, which is very normal since we have to deposit $100 US dollar here anyway, but when we arrived, we were informed 500 per night (the country's definitely of per stay is different than what we have in mind, per stay for us means per booking , one for the whole trip), luckily we have enough cash on hand because we just landed. Lastly, at least one microwave should be provided, maybe near the restaurant for emergency use. I got hungry at 2am on the first day due to jetleg, no where for food
