Quiet and relaxing. The view of the sunset is breath taking. U can travel to the city using the bus for only 2.6 euro for the ride. The staff is really helpfull and friendly.

All inclusive was poor value. Only local beers and spirits. Meals only from the main restaurant except one free meal in the mediocre a la carte. Ended up going out every evening.

Loved the settings!! Food was good and staff were super friendly and helpful. Only criticism is that the room didn’t quite match the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Hotel reception , pool and bars were lovely. Pool exceptionally nice. Lovely to be so close to beach. Bar and waiting staff were very friendly at all times. Male day time manager, was extremley rude on a few occassions, no need for his attitude. Other people commented on his manner. Night manager was opposite. So friendly and couldnt help enough! Food was generally good, lovely salads and fresh fruit. Good choice of cooked food, not always hot. Cocktails in all inclusive, very poor choice and like juice. Wine was poor quality. (And I'm not a wine snob!) Spa lovely. All areas well kept and clean, except rooms. Rooms let hotel down and definitely not 5 star!!! Old and run down. We had a suite with a lovely view. Cleaners were worst ive experienced in a long time. I had to wipe down bedside tables, lamps and phone, when first arrived. They had not been dusted in quite some time!! In 2 weeks, cleaners never went on balcony, screen was filthy and any crumbs dropped were still there. Inside room was honestly "cleaned' within 2 minutes each day. I have never seen cleaners in and out so quick. Floors had a minimal swish over with mop. Bath was never touched in 2 weeks. Toilet and sink had very quick wipe. Very disappointing. One of the days our bed was changed and was all gritty, they did change again next day, but not good. This to a degree spoilt overall enjoyment of holiday, as expected room in 5 star hotel to be much better and cleaner.

There are no single beds in general at the hotel although on your website is advertised that the room which I stayed in has 2 single beds and one queen ( Junior suite sea view). Single beds are actually foldable sofas.Otherwise everything else is fine.

The regular room's is like slipping in basement,for 200$ for night u can get mach better hotel

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated but not tatty. Only a single smallish pool but enough sun loungers to prevent to early morning rush to reserve beds. Food plentiful but rather bland and over cooked. The beach was fantastic and drink service included delivery to the loungers. Evening entertainment, especially for kids, was very limited and disappointing.

Good hotel. There is a smell in the rooms and generally at the hotel. Probably sewerage problem. Very few parking places for a 5 star hotel. The verandas need a shading system. You can't sit there except from the evening. The access road to the hotel is difficult and sometimes dangerous. Especially in the night
