Absolutely amazing staff and resort. The catering crew make you feel at home and are very attentive. In particular we found that Kostas and Alexandros were exceptional with very pleasing personalities. George is the catering manager and as well as running a smooth operation he is very welcoming and makes you smile. Amazing resort, great beach and even the massage I received from Emma was quality- strong and thorough.

The Arina Beach Resort turned out to be a great family hotel for a large family holiday including 2 grandparents, 2 daughters and their partner/husband and 2 grandsons aged 5 and 7. The superior sea view rooms were well worth the upgrade being both spacious and giving lovely views of the sea and coastline. The family suite was spacious enough to accommodate 2 parents and children with a really large family bathroom. The food in the main buffet restaurant was all well cooked, with much of it being cooked freshly at the pizza, omelette, muesli and pancake stations. There was always plenty to eat even for the grandchildren who are quite picky. The 3 al a carte restaurants were also very popular with our family group. There is a meat and fish restaurant that you can visit once per stay (we stayed for a week so this may vary with longer stays). The starters and desserts are self service from a buffet as is the meat options, but any fish that you choose from the menu is served to you at your table. We all ordered the salmon as a main course and it was perhaps the best grilled salmon we've ever been served. Although we could only visit once, this was our favourite restaurant perched on the seafront. The asian restaurant can be visited as often as you wish, and although it is buffet style dining, the asian food was flavoursome and tasty with plenty of variety. The other restaurant was the Avra which offered mediterranean and local cuisine (you could visit the Avra twice during your stay). There were plenty of sunbeds with deep comfortable cushions (so no need for the very early rush. The waterparks were great for the kids, but there are height/age restrictions on the large slides of 1.2m height and aged 8 years and older. This is a real shame as some children of that age clearly couldn't swim were allowed to go on them wearing life vests and swim armbands, but younger children who were good swimmers were prohibited from going on this. Whilst child safety clearly has to be a priority, a more flexible approach would have been welcomed on this as both our grandchildren are good swimmers and have regularly been. attending swimming lessons since they were one year old. There is an adjacent water feature which was accessible to children of all ages and this provided a lot of enjoyment. The hotel is situated directly on the beach so for those wanting to feel the sand between their toes, who want to paddle or swim in the sea or simply build sand castles; this is ideal. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and the drinks from the All Inclusive bars plentiful. It is a shame however that for a 5 star hotel it did not provide any internationally branded drinks as part of the AI package and that only soft drinks were available in the room's mini bar. The mini bar was however replenished daily, but surely a couple of cans of beer at least wouldn't have hurt the hotel's profit margin too much. The other observation I would make, is that it could have done with a small astro turf football pitch/court where a football could have been kicked around. Other than these very minor gripes, the Arina Beach Hotel has got to be, without exception the best family hotel we have visited. As an elderly couple, my wife and I would stay elsewhere. As a family group we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you to all the staff at the Arina Beach for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Love this place. We have stayed twice now. Friendly and helpful staff, really clean, good facilities, amazing food. Good variety of pools Including slides. 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Water City.

Really great hotel for family holidays. Facilities are great. We found all of the areas to be kept very clean and all of the staff were fantastic. Good is all excellent. As a family holiday destination we cannot fault anything.
