The elevator doors take a long time to respond and fully open or close. Not enough toilet paper in rooms.

Don’t feel comfortable

The room arrangement was nice. However, the room lighting was poor. There were hardly any amenities in the room, such as water heating/kettle, microwave, etc. There is plenty of room to improve regarding staff etiquette and efficiency. The check-in process was long and uninformative. I was not given the free breakfast voucher during check-in. The breakfast area was in utter chaos in the morning with just one staff catering to 50 odd clients. Enhanced staffing may be needed. I was also overcharged $27 during the breakfast and luckily detected it and flagged it up. The ‘free breakfast’ was also taxed. The redressal process for the overpayment was not smooth nor efficient. There was no empathy displayed by the staff. I had much higher expectations of my stay, but was disappointed. I plan to look elsewhere during my next visit to LV.

Briana is as a delight extremely friendly and helpful. In town for business. The rest of the hotel needed some work like broken elevators . But the service at breakfast was the part of the stay. The cookies of course were good. Parking was easy

I have asked the hotel 3 times for invoice or bill. They were not able to provide it. I asked even booking to discuss with the hotel, they did not provide it anyway.

The staff were impeccable. The elevator broke during our visit and made things very inconvenient and I was not offered any apology or offering to compensate the trouble. I would like some level of compensation / support for this inconvenience
