DoubleTree by Hilton Las Vegas East Flamingo

Had the pleasure of staying as a guest in this hotel. My family and I dined at the restaurant in the premises and our cook Abizail acknowledged us as we enjoyed the wonderful food he cooked for us. It was delicious and we enjoyed our experience and food! Perfect experience!

Our server Alisa helped us the night before and this morning! She was nice, generous with our kids and was super attentive to us. We appreciate her good service and acknowledgement when we looked a bit lost. She’s a hard worker, helping us and every guest as patient and nice to everyone. Thank you for making our stay pleasant Alisa!!

Good hotel and convenient location. The parking and hotel are secure. Like others have said, it’s like a fortress if you don’t already have a key, and my digital key didn’t work. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint is that there is a fire station across the street. I was awakened three times by blaring sirens as they were responding to a call. Maybe rooms on the other side of the hallway or hotel are quieter? I had a direct view of the station out my window, so I got the full effect. This is not the hotel’s fault. The station looked new so this is just bad luck with infill.

I would say the elevator doors were a little bit slow but It was not a big Issue

Convenient location for the restaurant and local shopping.

Staff was great. Very helpful and kind. They are the reason I stayed.

The elevator seemed like it was barely working. The third floor hallway had a awful smell. Almost like a mix between bad meat and body odor. The bathroom in the room had a big open window with no curtains. There was zero privacy while in the bathroom. Bathroom was also dirty and terrible repairs done to it. There was rust on the railing in the bathroom.
