Great stay - thank you.

The hotel staff were okay, safe in the room was broken, one drawer was broken. They offered to move us or take a night off of the bill. We ate at JP'S for dinner, I ordered a BBQ sandwich, I was brought a pork loin steak. The mistake was fixed no problem. For breakfast we again ate at JP'S, ordered food and ask for a change to their special, which our server Brianna said was okay. When the food was brought out the substitution was not made. Brianna became argumentative and basically refused to serve us anymore. The food was very good and served hot. Would I stay here again, probably not, the location is great but the lack of maintenance in the room and not so great dining experience doesn't make up for it The room is clean. There are plenty of other hotels to chose from in the same area.

Briana and the staff were so friendly, quick, and attentive! Steak and eggs was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!

Secured parking but it was very awkward to get into the garage. The free cookies were good too.

Had to double pay for this room. Once when booking and again at check in because they didnt accept my online booking but I still got charged for it.

There were no keys to the room for the whole visit. We had to wait for staff to enter our room every time we left. We were told by staff that this had been going on for three days prior to our arrival yet no one notified us or gave us the option of a refund or anything.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the wonderful energy, even early in the morning. We ate at the restaurant and the service plus wait time was fast and efficient. Our server Briana was so attentive and super sweet. She was a 10/10 server and listen so well to our requests. Would totally come again just for her!

Enjoyed stay. Hotel Desk staff were helpful and cookie was great. Room was very clean. Bathroom facilities and AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. Alisa provided outstanding service during my breakfast.
