Este hotel es decepcionante las habitaciones horibles no se como pueden darle estrellas las camas de hace 20 anos la tele antigua on programacion solo en ruso sucio hemos tenido que recurir al manager para poder comer en el restaurante italiano una cola enorme al buffet la comida no estaba muy mal la bebida horrible el agua de grifo y el vino imbebible el personal casi todos hartos de la vida no querian atender este hotel es una mentira si quereis unas bonitas vacaciones iros a otro lado nosotros hemos tenido una pesadilla el agua de la picina tenia tanto cloro que ni hemos podido banarnos y habia un monton de rusos y nada mas
ALL INCLUSIVE BAR: Not really, they don’t carry a single top shelf booze, they don’t even carry all the Greek liquors, they only work off of a small recipe menu. MINIBAR: Bring your own bottle opener. Everything is old fashioned glass bottle & they don’t have openers to borrow. FOOD: If you’re gluten free & dairy free like me, there is nothing to eat for breakfast. “LunchBoxes” for take out are lame. Full lunch/dinner is good, contains both Greek & American dishes. Drink service 4 meals = horrible. I get my drink when I’m almost done eating, in a tiny glass, never get refills. DESK HELP: Very good. They helped with lots of questions, r very nice. Hotel exchanges up to $300 USD per room per day at better rates than airport. ROOM: ehh…. TV has less than 10 channels. Most porches are not private, you could hop 2 feet over a low wall INTO your neighbor’s room. Our locking screen door was broken. AC only has on/off button = too cold when on. Beds are 2 twin beds smushed together. Pillows r horrible / flat, had to ask for more so I could double them up & I still got neck pain. Bathroom had broken shower door & broken sink drain. Open sewer drain in floor causes room to smell like sewage. Rooms are loud, hallway is solid marble you hear everything. CLEANING LADIES: Horrible. All they did was make bed & remove trash. Floor, sink, tubs, etc. still dirty, toiletries never replaced EVEN when I asked nicely. One time cleaning staff left my door open while I was sight seeing for 8 hours! TOILETRIES PROVIDED: shampoo, shower gel, bar soap only. They charge 20E for pool towel, u get full refund upon their return. Reasonably priced gift shop open late. BUSINESS CENTER: yeah right. It’s really just free Wi-Fi in the lobby, no computers to borrow, no printer access. U pay for Wi-Fi in ur room.

Très bon hôtel de quoi se reposer pour un long week end de 4 jours . Manque juste du vrai jus au petit déjeuner , ainsi que du vrai café. A recommander très bien
C'est dommage pour un hôtel ci bien situé d'avoir une qualité de bouf assez médiocre et une hygiène contestable (1er jour les housses d'oreillers n'étaient pas propre). Nous avons compensé en louant une voiture pendant 4 jours et en visitant un peu l'île. Ce qui nous a permis d'ailleurs de goûter aux spécialités locales. Experience a ne pas répéter.
Wer 5-Sterne-Standard nach westeuropäischem Vorbild erwartet, der wird enttäuscht: Das Hotel weist höchstens 3-Sterne-Niveau auf. Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Fernseher war sehr störungsanfällig und verfügte über lediglich fünf halbwegs empfangbare Sender. In dieser Hinsicht wäre von einem sog. 5-Sterne-Hotel schon eine bessere Infrastruktur erwarten. Das Essen (Buffet) war okay, wer aber eine essenstechnische Massenabfertigung verabscheut, ist im Mitsis Serita Beach am falschen Platz. Die Qualität des Essens war aber durchaus gut. Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt, lädt dieser nicht gerade zum Baden ein: Der Einstieg ins Meer ist mühsam, da sehr flach und steinig. Der Strand ist sehr schmal und nicht besonders sauber, es mag kein Strandfeeling aufkommen. Ansonsten war das Hotel soweit in Ordnung. Fazit: Für Urlauber, die etwas Ruhe suchen abseits der grossen Touristenströme, wird sich im Mitsis Serita Beach nicht wohlfühlen.
